Does your Sinn watch need an inspection, repair, retrofitting or reconditioning?

Our international partners generally offer on-site service. However, should they be unable to provide a certain service, they will organise the safe dispatch and return of the Sinn watch to our manufactory in Germany. Please be aware that our partners will wait until they have a sufficient number of Sinn watches before they post a shipment, in order to keep transport costs and customs duties to a minimum. This will increase the processing time.

It is possible as well to drop your Sinn watch off directly at our customer services office in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. If possible, please use our order form for this. Please make a note of our opening times. In Germany you can also leave your Sinn watch with one of our authorised dealers.

Alternatively, you can send your Sinn watch to us directly. You will be required to cover the postage costs for the delivery and return shipment, which vary depending on the country. To do this, please follow these instructions:

  1. Download the customer service order form PDF here.
  2. Complete the form on your computer – please feel free to look at our price list first.
  3. Print the form and sign it.
  4. Package your Sinn watch securely.
  5. Include the signed form with the Sinn watch.
  6. Send your Sinn watch by insured post to:

    For insured packages sent within Germany, we will gladly send you a return order form for your Sinn watch. The cost of EUR 12.50 will be charged with your order. The return order form is free of charge for warranty orders. Returns made in any other way may not be charged to us. Please order the return order form using our contact form (Subject: Send me a return order form).
  7. Upon receipt of your Sinn watch, you will receive confirmation from us.
  8. Once you have approved the costs and a thorough inspection of your watch shows that these fall within your budget, you will receive an order confirmation. Otherwise you will receive an estimate following a thorough inspection of your watch. Upon receipt of approval, you will receive an order confirmation.
  9. Following cost approval and expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, the watch will be sent to our workshop for service. You can declare on the order form that you would like us to carry out the service before the statutory withdrawal period expires. Please be aware that a service can take 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the work involved. We will make every effort to carry out the service in a timely manner, especially in the case of watches under warranty.
  10. The cost estimate or confirmation of order will include information regarding the methods of payment available (we accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards from AmEx, MasterCard and Visa). The postage and service costs must be paid before the Sinn watch can be sent back. After payment has been received, your Sinn watch will automatically be sent by insured post to the delivery address you specified.
