Description of Our Service

Our service consists of operating an online platform through which customers can purchase watches and accessories and commission services such as repair or maintenance of a watch purchased from us.

Usage takes place via our web platform, accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. The content is written in clear language, visually structured, and fully operable via keyboard and screen readers.

We offer:

·      Alternative texts for images, where applicable with captions
·      Sufficient color contrast
·      Visible focus indicators
·      Responsive design for various screen sizes

We comply with the requirements of standard EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2, Level AA.

Our website is usable with common assistive technologies without any loss of information. This also applies to customer service, which is available via telephone and contact form. The website protects your privacy, including when using accessibility features. You can authenticate accessibly on the site. Security and payment features are also accessible.

Non-accessible Content

Some content currently does not fully meet accessibility requirements:

·      PDF documents are partially non-accessible (e.g., lack of structural tags), but the information they contain is available in accessible form elsewhere on the website.
